book description stated history of watches 1925 to present.it is NOT! all it shows are VERY high end watches-i collect moderate priced watches and my hope was this would be a good collecting guide--again, NOT unless you collect very expensive watches from 3- four years ago.it is a beautiful book with great pics and is divided into chapters like dive watches, chrono, etc.it is one of those books you look at once or twice and never again. NOT a reference guide.i am glad i bought at less than half price!!!
