The book is very basic. If you already know a lot of plyometrics, then this one may only add a few that you don't already know. It is a good quick reference guide though if you need to plan a quick plyo workout. All of the information in it is very useful and great for planning sport-specific plyos. I guess I thought it would have more plyometric exercises than it provided.. I was picturing a ton of them, and this book is very thin (like the thickness of a small child's coloring book) and did not have as many exercises as I had anticipated. This is a good book for a beginning coach who needs plyo ideas.
