|Indulge in the kings of hobbies with the 1908 Barber Half Dollar that was minted between 1892 and 1916. Named after its designer, Charles Barber, the 1908 Barber Half Dollar features the head of Liberty crowned by a wreath, flanked by six stars on its left and seven on its right. The motto ‘IN GOD WE TRUST’ appears on the top edge while, the year appears on the lower edge of this silver dollar. The reverse of this Barber Half Dollar has been engraved with the heraldic eagle clutching 13 arrows and an olive branch; the eagle also holds a banner reading ‘E PLURIBUS UNUM’. A field of 13 stars appears above the eagle, while the words ‘THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ have been inscribed on the top edge of this Barber Half Dollar. You should also look out for the mint mark that is located just below the eagle on this silver dollar.
