Please...don't miss the boat! This may be the last decent buying opportunity for silver coinage! I'm encouraging all of my clients to stay on a continuous BUY SILVER schedule starting NOW! DUMP ALL PAPER holdings while there is still time to convert to HARD ASSETS like good real estate (believe it or not) and precious metals...SILVER IN PARTICULAR which in my opinion will now quadruple in value as gold doubles. If the Mayans were wrong, and 2013 comes...metals will take off, (if they haven't already), and / or many nations will convert to a silver AND gold standard for currency, and metals will take off, or the worthless nature of paper money / fiat currency will be discovered, and metals will take off...YOU NAME IT...why are you not buying more? Protect your ASSets and true wealth. Insure the value of your LIFE-WAD by turning into something which is backed only by itself, and cannot be messed with! Don't let the "giant invisible hand", as my wife refers to is as, come in and scoop your fortune! US90% coins, in BU, or miniumum XF condition is recommended, because when they start weighing it...you'll want FULL WEIGHT...circulated is OK, but make is good strong material. U.S. HALF DOLLARS, QUARTERS, or DIMES only!! 1964 or older ONLY! Got it. Get 'em. They are the MOST LIQUID of all forms. They are globally-recognized for purity & quality. When you buy, you can also get collection-grade material, since we may transition into another money-form without violence in our nation, then the collectors will come out of the woodwork. Only those desparate for cash are selling at this point! BE A BUYER! THIS IS IT! HELP ME RETIRE! I'm still buying every deal I can...God Bless America...God Bless our leaders, especially those who respect, honor, and admire the Constitution of the United States of America!!! PLEASE crush the banks...buy silver now, buy gold! Good luck!!

The 1966 Kennedy is 40% silver. It is highly collectable not only for silver content but numismatic value. I believe because of low circulation probability ( I mean, how often do you pay in half dollars at the store ) they re not like typically used coins and thus see less pocket and register time. This year is low mintage ( relatively ) and is often hoarded by collectors and silver freaks like me.
Low price. Depending on condition , and easy availability, make these a readily available quality coin for beginning and expert collectors alike.
Even though the silver content is smaller than the more prevolent 1964 first year issued (and last) 90% silver half dollar they are still valuable. Kennedys will be around and highly collected for years to come.

I recently purchased a 1966 United States John F. Kennedy half dollar. I bid on this item because I am trying to collect the entire set. The Kennedy half dollars from 1965 to 1970 are very difficult to find in circulation because they are 40% silver. The 1964 coin is 90% silver.
The coin I received was circulated but it was still in fine condition. For anyone wanting to tell if these coins are actually the silver version simply look at the edge. After 1970 you can see a streak of copper sandwiched in between the nickel plate. The price for this coin was definitely right as the silver content alone would have to bring the value somewhere up around six dollars. The coin arrived pretty timely considering that it came all the way from the Middle East. I would say that the coin I received compares pretty well with others I've seen in coin shops and online and I would always pay that amount for one of these halves or another one from a similar year. I can't say that there's really anything I don't like about this product.

Looking for coins to add to my Kennedy Half collection and this coin was one that I needed. Nice coin and nice price for a 40% silver Kennedy half.
