I was in my sophomore year in high school when Kennedy was assassinated. Really was into politics at that time and loved Jacqueline and John at that time. We had so much hope for the youngest president at that time. For that reason, I am drawn to this part of our American history. Wish he had not had so short of a time in office and often wonder what he would have done if he had fulfilled his presidency.

Just wanted a unique filler for the one year that was different from the others. I like to have clear changes in coin designs so I usually just buy the different type of coins and avoid the whole series.

These half dollars are a really neat piece of American history,I've been collecting them for years now,I'm always looking for great deals on just about any Kennedy half dollars,but the Bicentennials are by far my favorite.I hichly recommend collecting this great piece of history.I really love coin collecting,a great hobby to get into.

Nice coins really love then. Never get bored looking at them these coins are really beautiful and well detail in design. Love them. Will have to get more of these. Recommend to own the half Kennedy coin.
