I ordered 9 Proof Lincoln Cents (2000-S,...,2008-S) on cyber Monday (26-Nov-12). The coins were the first to arrive of three different orders placed to three vendors that day even though they were the last ordered after 11:30 PM. Since I order these after the 10 199x coins reviewed above, I expected an extra $1.95 S&H due to my delay in deciding to buy this set of proof coins. These 9 coins arrived with the the other 10 coins and were exactly as described and expected. Included in the package were two ONE dollar bills and a handwritten note saying the $2.00 refund was a return of the extra S&H.
