Based on the true story of Frankie Lymon, the film focuses on three women, each of whom claims to be the legitimate widow of Lymon. Elliot, along with longtime collaborator Timbaland, leaves her stylistic fingerprints all over the album. Interesting contributions include "I Want You Back," a buzzing duet between Elliot and Melanie B. (aka Scary Spice), "Without You" (Nicole) and "No More Fool," performed by En Vogue and written by Grammy-winning songstress Diane Warren. The title track, is a new rendition of the classic Lymon song, performed by Gina Thompson and Mocha.
