Movie synopsis
In this chapter of the MASTERS OF HORROR series, director John McNaughton presents HAECKEL'S TALE, the story of a pompous young med student who thinks that all mysteries can be solved through science. This thinking changes, however, when a trip back home (involving corpses and orgies of the undead) stirs up all kinds of erotic and gruesome desires that cannot be explained by textbooks.

Wow... that's all I can say... WOW!!!
This zombie flick is simply amazing, it's different from almost any zombie movie I've ever scene. The cast is great, the costume and set design is superb, and the atmosphere is terrifying.
This movie is creepy in so many ways. You have to see it yourself to understand why I love it so much. McNaughton does an amazing job and this film will have you squirming from beginning to end.
Final Verdict:

Rent or Buy?: This is one of the MoH films I'd buy on it's own, however I still recommend you wait for the box set to save yourself some money. That being said, if you're going to wait, get to the video store and rent yourself a copy of this movie today.

) Iliked the movie very much. Anything that has to with Clive Barker is awesome. The movie was unpredictable which I like. I like a movie that I don't know what is going to happen until it does.
