Writer-director Julia Taylor-Stanley brings this lavish period piece to the screen. THESE FOOLISH THINGS follows aspiring actress Diana Shaw (Zoe Tapper) as she struggles to get work in London's West End just before the outbreak of World War II. As Diana makes headway in the business, she finds herself caught up in a love triangle as a director, Christopher Lovell (Andrew Lincoln), and a writer, Robin Gardner (David Leon,) fall for her charms. Taylor-Stanley's impressive cast includes supporting roles from Anjelica Huston, Terence Stamp, and Lauren Bacall.
