The game begins with the receipt of an acceptance letter into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. From there, you (as Harry Potter, of course) will go shopping for your school supplies, catch the train on the 9 3/4 platform, take a boat ride, and finally arrive at your new home. | |

Classi harry potter gaming. you play as harry potter in his adventures during his first year at hogwarts! help harry find stuff in diagon alley! solve potions puzzles and make your own potions! Defeat Quirrel and win the game! Restarts (every time you beat it) each game with previous level and some potions.

) This game is one of the best I have ever bought. I've played the game boy advance and Nintendo DS Harry Potter games but those don't have quite as much adventure as the game boy color harry potter games have. I am personally quite happy to have found this game on my search for great auctions on eBay. So, to my fellow eBayers, if you want to play a fantastic game for an older system, I strongly suggest Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for the Game Boy Color Game Console. This game gets an A+++!!!!

) My child loves Harry that's why I bought it. The game itself is great. It has been used and for some reason will not let you save a new game unless you pass the point in the game where it was already saved. I think this is something wrong with just this game. The gameboy color games do work in the gameboy advance. They are about twice the length however so they hang out the end. I would say age wise ment for 8 to adult. It was a little harder than I thought it would be. My 6 year old has a hard time playing it. 12 year old enjoyed it however & I thought it would be to young for her.
