One of the best machines made by Apple don't won't empty your bank account. This is what the current MacBook Pro series initially were modeled after. with 2 USB Ports, Firewire, up-to 4MB RAM, and able to fill up with 1TB Hard drive. Also, the battery is easily replaceable.

Built in Airport, WIFI, and Bluetooth. All you need would be to upgrade your software and you are part of the apple community forever. Its a very tough machine and can take a beating.

There really aren't any 'cons' to this machine because there are so many after market parts and services for it. If something breaks, or modifications are needed - the price is significantly less than fixing a newer model (pc or apple).

Best bang for the buck! Once you go Mac you never go back! I promis buying a macbook will leave you feeling all warm and tingly inside every time you use it especially if you install snow leopard or mountain lion my fav! Be ware when buying a macbook to look for yellowing or staining or cracking on the keyboard/trackpad and edges thats the only "downside" but if it was taken care of like this one I bought you have nothing to worry about! I love how good of shape this one is I found and my client loves it just as much! Thanks again Apple and thanks eBay you guys rock!

This is a great laptop computer value verses money. If you're considering purchasing a used computer, try to find one that has extra perks, eg: larger than normal hard drive, expanded memory or ability to expand memory, newer battery, the most current operating system and any or all revelant CD's in case something needs to be reinstalled. Also look for computers that are in great cosmetic condition, there's a big chance that you're going to be using this system often and you would want the system to look appealling to you as much as possible. Apple products are known for their endurance, beauty and unique cosmetic design.

Great starter computer for my daughter, with all of the bells and whistles of a laptop. The one thing that pushes it over the top? It is that it is a Mac. Whether it is an iPhone, iPad, new Mac Pro, or an older MacBook laptop, Apple take time and thought into building technology that consumers want. All that without the headache of cryptic errors a taking your machine into the shop every 6 months to get it to work right. Apple owns the hardware and the software, which allows for seamless integration and compatibility.
