) This is a tablet I owned before and purchased again just recently. It might sound a little odd, because now there is Android 4.0 available in other tablets, while this goes up to 2.4 I think. But let me just explain.
It is a tablet that lacks nothing in quality. I can watch HD videos, listen to MP3s, browse the internet, read books (very useful to me), in other words, things that the average user wants to do with a tablet. I still got a laptop for more demanding tasks. I like the capacitive screen, which gave me no trouble at all.
On the other hand, GPS is obviously missing here and it can't be compared to an Ipad in design or CPU. I mean some applications won't run because of the CPU, RAM and the android edition that it runs.
Another thing you got to be careful is NOT to purchase the 250 gb edition of this tablet. The reason is simple. Because of the capacity of the hard disc inside, battery life is reduced dramatically and it can be very frustrating, especially if you need it running all day. I have a personal experience on that and I can guarantee you, I wasn't happy at all. But I really fell in love with the tablet from the first touch, thus I wanted it again, but this time on 8 gb, so the battery would not drain with, let's say, an hour and a half of video...
Given its price, it seems to me like one of the best, if not the best choice for a cheap but quality solution. Absolute value for money. In fact, there is more than you would ask for what you pay. Bottom line, if you don't want to go very high with a tablet's price, get this one, it will serve you good.

) Bought this tablet used for grand kids. Works perfect they just love having their own tablet to play games on. excellent battery life last all day.Very rugged even though light weight.Only thing missing on this older tablet is a security block option to prevent ordering over internet. So I keep internet turned off most of the time.
Good price but have repair.

My Arcos internet tablet is fantastic, as a matter of fact it is so good and intuitive my electronically challenged wife took it from me, now I have to ask to borrow MY tablet. Thank you

great product very lightweight and easy to use. great for kids to browse play games or watch movies. would recommend this product to anyone.
