Dexter: Seasons 1-5 (DVD, 2011, 20-Disc Set)

Dexter is the most interesting, complex character to come along in years! He's like the Robin Hood of serial killers... take out the bad to protect the good. It is so clever and well-written. And he's such a great guy....when you get to know him! The season with John Lithgow is the most intense, so far. He was the most evil and really 'creepy' of all. It is a 'must-see' series. Not for the kids. This is a great adult drama.

I really like watching Dexter and saw this as an opportunity to see the episodes that i had missed. The product looked new and was packaged as new, although the first disk of the 5th season was all messed up and wouldnt play without stopping and starting and freezing up. I finally had to just skip it and go on the the second disk for season 5. I got this at a descent price so i cant really complain that much.

I love the show Dexter, and I purchased this so that my girlfriend could also watch it. Unfortunately, the set I purchased was a bootleg version (I thoroughly researched indicators of bootleg versions after viewing poor picture quality at places). The package inserts were well reproduced. The individual from whom I purchased it continues to sell this product at a low price. If the price seems too good to be true, the DVDs are likely not 'real' copies. Purchase from a reputable source... it seems that many others have this problem buying these DVD sets from EBay. I still recommend Dexter just not from EBay.

I had seen a couple of episodes of Dexter and my son recommended seeing it from the beginning. He was right. This series is well thought out with a rich and complex plot line that makes sense. It is both dark and humerous. You can't help but to cheer for this serial killer of serial killers.

Extremely Exciting Series!!! Edge of your seat entertainment !!! Each Disc was more exciting than the last!!! I can't wait for season Six to Start!!! 5-STARS!!!
