This is the 3rd time that I have purchased one of these journal's and with the help of the first 2 and some exercise I have lost 42lbs. If you want to keep track of the amount of calories that you intake and burn this is the fantastic product. In the back of the journal it gives you the nutritional values of a lot of common foods that you eat everyday
