Movie synopsis
A surprise hit when it first aired in 1996, EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND has found its legs as one of television's most enduring and entertaining sitcoms. Comedian Ray Romano developed the series around his successful standup routines where he lampooned the married life of the everyman. The comedian stars as an altered version of himself, Ray Barone, a Long Island sportswriter who has the wife of his dreams, Debra (Patricia Heaton). Unfortunately, their life of bliss is constantly being interrupted by Ray's bickering parents, Frank (Peter Boyle) and Marie (Doris Roberts), as well as his dopey brother Robert (Brad Garrett), who all live close by. This release includes every episode from the series' second season, which explores issues of family dynamics with a constant injection of hilarity.

) This show is my all time favorite so when I found a full DVD set of the 2nd season, I just had to have it! There are 5 DVD's with show titles listed for easy access in a convenient hard cover expandable casing. I like the fact that I can go right to a favorite episode just by looking at the cover and choosing from the menu...quick and easy! I decided to buy this set because I needed a good comedy to pick me up on those blue days as a stay at home mom and with 25 episodes to choose from, it was the perfect fit! I am in the process of bidding on the other seasons and highly recommend this one to other "Everybody Loves Raymond" fans.

Well, what I like about it is that I was able to surprise my mom with the season of Everybody loves Raymond. What I did not like was that one of the cd was damage, but how can we know that before, no?
I choose to buy this, with e bay because it give me many options, and many prices, so I can choose what is better for me. I really like that e bay is always sending me mesages by email so I can be informe how things are going.

Raymond's second season

) The cast really hit their stride in the second season. Brad Garrett and Peter Boyle's characters start to really shine in this season. One of the very best sitcoms ever.

Everybody Loves Raymond Season 2

) Everybody Loves Raymond is on of those sitcoms that makes you laugh out loud. It has great story lines and a very lovable cast. In this season the cast really came into their own and started to shine. Its too bad it went off the air there are so few shows that you can sit down as a family and watch without having to hold onto the remote control in case something that the kids shouldn’t see comes on. I plan on buying the whole series.

Good and Bad

We love the DVD series but one of the disks won't play at all--damaged. I wish that this would have been notated on the product and I wouldn't have purchased this particular set of disks. The other four disks play alright but another was extremely dirty. This wasn't quite the experience I was looking for and didn't realize that the product would be of this quality. Also it was for a gift, so good thing my husband isn't picky. Other than that we are enjoying the second season. Too bad the product wasn't reviewed better before putting it up for bid.
