It will also touch your heart as it is a love story about Camelot, the knights of the round table, Guinevere, Lancelot & King Arthur. I bought it many times before but never had it in DVD so that's why I bought it again. My children were all excited to see it again also. They are teenagers

This is a good movie showcasing great acting and a great story. Richard Gere is a drifter who wins over the king of Camelot, King Arthur (Sean Connery) with his bravery and becomes of the knights of the round table. Lancelot (Richard Gere)is tried for treason for his love for the queen but King Arthur is kild by a renegade knight and is avenged by Lancelot. In return Lancelot wins the heart of the queen and becomes Camelot's new king.

The movie have some of the best actors in it. You have Sean Connery, Richard Gere, Julia Ormond and Ben Cross. This is a new vision of King Arthur's Camelot. A vision of breathtaking battles, of heart-pounding courage, of the love that brought an entire kingdom to its knees and of the undying passion that made it live forever.

They did go overboard on the clothing not being historically accurate, but what hollywood movie stems for accuracy? The storyline is basic to the original, but I think they just tried too hard to impress by not makeing it simple.
