) i bought it for hunting it is excelent loses signal from time to time but im hunting in wery hilly terenian were GPS in car loses signal in some gaps i did tested in open area it was perfect did track far 15 km (that far i went )but also test with other fellow stalkers in hilly area with out dogs when all of as mowing slowly newer lost signal the fardest apart was 4km and we wore in guliies deep as 500m on its own to mark and track back to camp fastes way perfect only one thing didnt tray it is to dounlod google eart map to see terenian in it i will recomend it for ewry hunter with dogs or not

Excellent if you have a favorite dog that you don't want to lose. they are very effective within the range and can pinpoint your mate no matter where he is in the range, the advanced tech in the collars are brilliant because they are really precise and you can keep track of your best hunting spots.they're the best we've had and we haven't had any problems with them.
