) very easy to use... what I like about this garmin as opposed to the other ones you get at wal-mart is this one shows you which lane or lanes you are supposed to be in so you won't miss the exit you are supposed to take.... I can hook it up to my computer and download the latest maps and road construction... it is great would recommend it to anyone who is going on a road trip or just going across town.. I use mine everyday and all the time...

) My first gps was a 530c garmin works excellent but has a smaller screen. I bought 1450t to get the bigger screen and the lane assist which is a life saver as I drive tour bus and get to many different cities with multi lane roads. The only thing missing is the truck and bus avoidance feature which the 530c has.

This navigator for a trip about the country and to the city has acquired. A primary estimation - it is good. There are many questions on work FM traffic receiver. Very often information received on it, is late. The information that there is a difficulty of movement of a car often arrives, and the problem has dared for a long time already, or there is a difficulty of movement, but it doesn't register yet this device.
For long travel between cities and the countries – it is very good.
For travel to big cities, I would prefer the device with the GSM/GPRS-module, for correct display of difficulties in car movement.

Garmin 1490 GPS

) The Garmin 1450 is the same thing as a Garmin 1490 but without the Bluetooth. The 1490 has it and the 1450 does not. If you like a big screen GPS then this is the one for you. Very easy to use and you never have to look anything up in the manual it comes with. If you are going to us this walking, the battery does not last as long as the ones with the smaller screen like the 255.
