well for one thing the ink is more expenxive than the printer itsself got it on ebay it works ok for what i want it to do. prints good to to fast but ok,you got to buy good ink watchout for companies who sell ink i bought some ink off one company only to find ink did not last long,as for other printers i think inless your looking for to print all the time go for the bigger printer,but for coping receipt,or to copy reciepies,it ok the injet1000 i got for hardly nothing but the ink from hp is a whooping 29.00 thats almost what printer cost wow. i used to copy snall stuff, bills reciept and reciepes and other stuff.

) The printer is a great price for the money. HP should, however, have included in the printer box all cables needed to use this printer. And they did not note clearly that it did not have a usb cable for printer to computer communication. This is not good marketing, because one wants to use the printer when one receives it. Aside from not clearly stating that they are missing this needed part and giving one a chance to order it with the printer, the machine is a very good price.

Amazing little compact printer, worth every few pennies.

Nothing special about it and just what I needed for a fantastic price with eBay. It does the miscellaneous printing that I need being a student and take up very little space. No special or unnecessary features that I would never use and ink is easy and cheap to come by as well. Great job HP!

) This is the best printer I have ever used for the price. Excellent colored or black prints. The price of both ink replacement cartridges together are less than just one of my other printer's cartridge. It is compact, easy to replace ink cartridges,and easy to load paper. The only problem is the cable to connect printer to computer is not included and that cost about half what the price of the printer cost. Very easy to connect to computer and set up.

) I have used HP Deskjet printers ever since they started making them and I could not be more pleased with them.
The old printer that was replaced was working as well as the day that I bought it but it was 32 bit operation and my new computer is 64 bit.
The purchase of 2 ink cartridges (black & color) was more than the cost of the printer. How can you beat that!
