Movie synopsis

) The 3D is not eye popping in your face. They did not make this Real 3D where things pop out of your screen. So I give a 5/10 for the 3D. The movie itself in not 300. It takes a while for the action to take place and it's reminiscent of Lord of the Rings as far as the mass army look goes. It's a violent movie showing throats cut, limbs chopped off and bodies exploding. It did not have the magical epic feel I was expecting. If you are a girl and you like six packs and lots of blood...this is for you.

I was surprised, it was really good. Understand though, I like action and fantasy movies. The plot is simple a bad guy, Micky Roarke, needs to find a hidden bow (bow and arrow) to release the Titans held in a volcano/mountain thing. People die and the special effects are as amazing as the movie 300. I think they are the same director. I forgot to add the scantily clad women that emerge from time to time.

) Great movie but 3D is not necessary for the action and scenes of this movie. I would buy this movie with blu-ray only and not 3D edition.

) I watched the 3d version. Absolutely loved this movie. Awesome cinematics, loved the ocean landscapes. Action intense and fun to watch. Although there were no scenes or effects obviously designed for "3D" effect, the 3D perspective of this movie was excellent/crisp. Storyline was interesting (I am not sure how "accurate" it might be with mythology, etc). If there was any disappointment was that the ending seemed a bit unclear, but this just leaves more for our imaginations!
Good story, great visuals, dark settings (just like 300).

The product itself was perfect. As for the movie, if you're looking for an all out action movie, it's not here. Good story, great visuals, dark settings (just like 300), mixed reviews. It's no Avengers.
