The controls are easy to use and the set up was simple. I didn't check the dimensions of my window before purchase though and the window pieces were to long. We just had to cut it to fit though. I am happy I bought this product and would recommend it to others.

Being on a tight budget this year, I had to buy it manufacturer refurbished. I was wary at first of buying refurbished, but I decided to risk it. The box came with some missing screws and no foam insulation, but that's nothing tape and cardboard can't fix. So far, it's been working like a dream. I've got no complaints.

Purchased the A/C to keep our bedroom cool which it does. Our bedroom is 220SqFt and the LG is rated for up to 300 SqFt. Make sure to measure to room your getting the LG for. Easy to clean the filters and drain water from. Not the most quiet, but again it keeps the room cool and the is easy to use.
Gets the job done and the 2 filters are easy to clean. Nice Unit.

Gets the room cool and keeps it cool. The only down side is that is a little loud and the blower won't stop spinning when it reaches the desired temperature as other do, it keeps on blowing until the temp raises when you can ehar the compressor kicks in again. Other than that is strong, feels well-made and super easy to use, no water to drop. Nice unit overall.

For half the cost of a new unit I am happy.
While not super quiet, it works well and pumps cold air.
Since my cabin windows are vertical the window adapter kit is perfect. I purchased some wide velcro tape on ebay to snap it in and out the window adapter easily for seasonal storage.
