The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Nintendo 64, 1998)

Ocarina of Time was and still is the most admirable achievement that Nintendo has ever completed. Once you have entered Hyrule Field, it is hard to drop the controller and start doing another thing besides playing the game. Ocarina of Time creates a world that is simple and yet complete. Even being over a decade old, it has an excellent story, awesome landscapes, a huge castle, memorable characters and a unique horse riding experience that, in my opinion, no other game has surpassed yet. Playing it makes you feel the urge to look for more, to buy and beat all the other games that came before and the ones that came after. It can sound like a little bit of a cliche, but I am certain that the majority of gamers around the world agree with me. This is one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had in my life. This game needs no comments to describe its perfection.

Nintendo perfected every aspect of this game: visuals, gameplay, music, replay value, etc. There are so many content in this game that I'm surprise it fitted in the cartridge. I mean they put a huge sandlot map which you have the freedom to do whatever you want, like: collect gold skullutas, catch big poes, upgrade items by playing mini games, collect empty bottles, find heart pieces and so many other stuff. Then you have to main plot which you play as young/adult Link to try to save Hyrule from the evil created by Ganondroph. In a way it's like Link to the Past, but in 3D world. Remake few songs from LTTP in this game as well as additional music like Gerudo Valley, Lost Woods, Lon Lon Ranch, etc. The thing about this game that it gives you some sort of emotional attachment towards it. I mean anyone could tell you whatever they want about this game (either good or bad), but you really need to experience it yourself and see why this game is one of the greatest to this day.

Of course I love this game. Brings back some wonderful childhood memories! Still offers challenges to someone who has played the game multiple times, so glad that I got my hands on them gem of a game

Ign ranked as the best N64 game and 2nd best game ALL-TIME and the only game to ever get a per4fect score of 10 out of 10 by ign!!!! Zelda ocarina of time is just that, an epic game containing every thing you want from graphics, gameplay, sound, storyline everything is just perfect. If you have a N64 and don't have this game, there is no reaosn to have the system, YOU NEED THIS GAME!!!

Fantastic game for it's age. Hours of playtime, captivating story, and unique items and usages. This is also a great game for all ages, easy to learn controls with mildly challenging puzzles. Hints from in game characters can help when your stuck.
