Familiar bullet-time style, but forgettable story and characters.

Gameplay is the familiar great style, with new and interesting gunfight challenges.
However, the story left me not caring about the characters, nor Max himself, and I felt like it was a chore playing through the game and I was only playing it to get it over and done with (which I haven't actually done!).
If you're a big fan of Max Payne 1 and 2, only buy this game if you're looking for a standard shooter to play in your spare time, and not for your emotional investment in the characters.

Max is back at his best again.
The game was all you expected of a Max Payne game, plenty of action and shoot em ups, and Max payne 3 did not disappoint.
One bug bear for me was the long winded cinematic screens between action sections in the single player mode.
I liked the game immensely and thoroughly enjoyed it.
