) Before purchasing these clubs, I'd played with a friend's set to get a basic feel for the clubs' weight and impact. I was immediately impressed by the amount of speed which can be generated to produce greater club head speed and I was impressed with the cavity-backing producing greater forgiveness. After I purchased the set for myself, I had difficulty rediscovering my inital impressions of the club set. However, after about a month of realizing I still had to swing hard--not just let the club head do the work alone--I feel as though I have an extra 5-7 yards of carry with each club compared with my previous set. I'm just beginning to reap the fruits of my labor with this iron set, and, for any beginner or amature, I would highly recommend testing the Mizuno MX 17 Iron Set out before making a club set purchase.

I started playing golf last summer. At the time I bought a very inexpensive set on eBay and they worked well 'till I could work out my game. When it came time to invest in some good irons I researched all brands at my skill level and decided on these. It was the best decision I could have made. The weight and balance is perfect and the fact that I don't generate a high club head speed is compensated for by the graphite shafts (regular flex) and the bounce off the club face.
IF you are a high handicapper, new or old to the game, you must try these irons.

MIZUNO MX-17 iron golf club set

I think that the clubs r very good set for me they r very easy to hit i golf the first time today and was very happy with the way they feel it's a very soft feel and i hit about 1 club less than normal if i normally hit a 8 iron with the new clubs i'd use a 9 and be perfect it was sweet actually i'm pretty sure that i've got my brand that i'm going to stay with now all and by the way my golf clubs look awesome and get complimented on the course today i'm decked out mizuno everything.

Nice clubs, easy to hit and control, even on mis-hits. I would certainly recommend these clubs to anyone at any level (low to high).
