best clay aiken cd

This is Clay Aiken's best cd. If you like easy listening pop songs with soaring melodies that showcase talent, this is a cd for you. My favorite tracks are As Long as We're Here, Weight of the World, and Forget I ever knew you.

Gorgeous, sparkling, sublime!

I adore Clay Aiken's newest album, On My Way Here! It has a mixture of tempos and styles--such as thebluesy "Everything I Dont Need", the lilting country-Celtic "As Long As We're Here", and the classic slow love balled "Something About Us". But no matter which song it is you're listening to, Clay's brilliant vocals and crystal-clear enunciation will wrap around you like a smooth-as-silk Belgian chocolate bar!

Somewhat disappointed

I love Clay's voice, but I didn't like this group of songs very much. Perhaps I am not fond of the songs because there are no old favorite familiar songs.
I hope it isn't a collection composed by him; if it is, sorry, not to my taste. My favorite song on this album is Grace of God. I decided to buy it because it was a new release and I wanted to support him as an artist. He is capable of better in my opinion. I like his Christmas music album much more.

On My Way Here - disappointing

Surely Clay can do much better than this CD. Just look at MOAM and how fabulous all of the songs were. Even Touch added something interesting to the collection.
I felt that many of the songs on OMWH were quite sophomoric and had little thought as to what each song should have meant to his buyers. I'm slightly deaf but I didn't notice any kind of "hook" in each song with the exception of Lover All Alone which was already released. What was the point in adding this title to the latest album?
Sorry, but I'll think twice before spending my hard earned money to purchase any additional albums by Clay. Thank goodness I didn't spend a fortune this time by buying on Ebay.

Clay Aiken is a very good singer. I watched him on American Idol, and he should have won that year. He has an excellent voice. The songs are good and I have all his CDs. Price was excellent so I bought it.
