) The Pantech Crux is a great basic phone. It has a touch screen that you can scroll with ease. This has many features for a phone that does not require a data package. I bought a replacement because I lost my original. The only complaint I have is that you can't zoom when taking pictures. It does record video.

The Pantech crux has a good and wide array of convenient features as a pseudo-smart phone. I like the touch screen, texting capabilities, and the fact that if i change my mind in the future and want to add on a data package-this phone has those capabilities.

Poor navigation and lower quality compared to similarly priced phones.

) I'm not impressed with the navigation or ease of use on this phone. It is a nice looking phone and the touch screen is ok but beyond that I have nothing positive to say about it. The phone started shuttung off on its own after a week of use on a fully charged battery. The texting on this phone as with all other functions is slow and seems to have two extra steps that are uneccessary. I'm not impressed I would buy an LG or a Motorolla before this phone no question.

) Wife needed a new phone and I didn't want to renew with Verizon and get locked in for 2 years. This phone is close to a smart phone but without the data plan. Wife is learning how to operate and use options included. Did by a stronger battery and seems to work perfectly..
Great experience with the seller and phone was in great condition.

The phone is great for the price but a little sensitive to use. Wish you were able to adjust more settings on the phone and the touch sensitivity takes some time to get used to.
