) I've heard that Ping makes some of the best irons in the game of golf.I decided to try out a G2 6 iron I bought on e-bay. The club is amazing; it gets so much loft and distance compared to my older callaway. I liked it so much I invested in a new set of G5 irons. I can now hit the ball straighter and hit many more greens. You should get custom fit though; I'm a green dot which is 2 degrees up on the club lie according to PING. My suggestion is to get fit first on the Ping website and then look for a good deal on E-bay like I did.

Ping's reputation drew me to the auction. I am a new golfer, purchased a complete set of clubs previously, and thought I should compare the effectiveness of clubs. I was amazed at the difference in ability of using a well made, reputable club. Ping also fits one to a size recommended to each user, via color code. This is an extreme advantage. I witnessed many hitting problems of my own and classmates during beginner lessons. This club made all the difference in my ability and confidence.

) I like this club a lot.Ping golf irons are top of the line clubs. It was almost new and the only way you could beat the deal I got on this club if it was free.

) I'm assembling a set of Ping irons and this 7 iron was a perfect fit! I LOVE PING!! Although it was a DEMO club and a shorter shaft than standard, it fits the scheme I am trying to achieve with this set of irons. I've been in the golf spirit since childhood, and it only gets better as one ages!! THANX for another great club...........

ping 5 - iron

my ping set was short several clubs. glad to have this service.back problem prevented use until next year; i'm sure i'tll be fine.i did make 2 bids for one 7 iron and darned if i didn't get both, 2 versions of the same club. will try both thanks john (indiana)
