Great putter for feel and balance!
| Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.
This putter replaced a "big head" type putter that just could NOT be controlled. This Ping putter works very well....can easily adjust roll, speed, and direction of the ball. Has a great "feel" for the ball. The weight on toe and heel keeps the putter head in balance. If there is any negative, it's the grip - too little. With a new grip, this should be a putter for a long time use!
steel ping anser 4
I have a beryllium ping pal 4 putter. This is a steel pal 4 as I do not
have one, in my collection. I will play this putter also. As I use a large diameter grip. This steel pal 4 is a different make of a putter than the beryllium. the beryllium is a longer putter. As I find interesting, about this putter. The large diameter grip helps my shoulder turn.
This putter is not for my liking
Looks nicer in the photo. In my 30+ years in the game, I probably would not buy this one for personal use. The grip, allthough understandable in it's design, does not fit my personal grip preference. (kind of overpowers the blade)
Ping Pal 4 putter
I gave up the game a few years ago and gave all my clubs away. In the bag was one of my favorite clubs, the ping putter. I didn't want to ask for the putter back so instead I searched for one. Found one and bought it.
The Ping Pal putter is one of classic putters out there. In the world of designer clubs, this putter has a nice feel and balance, and a shape that will help with those "must have" puts.
