) I got this zoom as I want to try how the cheap lens come out. Actually I did not turn me down. Positive on the weight, value, good picture with bright ambient. Opposite side is the build quality is just fair, AF a bit lose, and push zoom is not accurate.
In overall this kind of 3rd party zoom is value for the price you pay around 20-40 dollars depend on the condition. If you seek for quality you have to pay for more 10-100 times of this price for 1:2.8 lens.
I used only 2 weeks and sell it to other people at the same price I got.

I love the lens, it's my walk around for most of the photo's I take. Thank You. I bought the item for use w/my Sony A200 DSLR. The results of the photo's have been more than expected since I really didn't pay that much for it. It is one of my favorites and I can see using it a lot more in the future.
