Samsung Galaxy S II GT-I9100 - 16GB - Noble black (Unlocked) Smartphone (International version)

I got this for my wife on her birthday. She absolutely loves it! It's fast, fluid, easy to use and in my case, has better specs than a laptop I have at home! There are alot of free cool apps available on the market for this little beast.
It's dual core processor allows incredible multitasking between apps. The screen resolution is amazing, very sharp and vivid images. The size of the screen is just right for the average user. Touch features are responsively accurate. Has a standard headphones input so you can hook up to your car stereo, DJ system, home theatre system, pc speakers etc.
The Android OS is user friendly and generally stable, but still needs work. Battery life needs improvement, especially since its powering such a large screen and dual core processor, have to charge everyday...I know this is a usual thing with smart phones, but in this day and age we should be getting better stock batteries for power hungry phones such as these.
This phone has one (1) gig of ram which is really good, so a number of apps could be opened at once without memory problems. I personally would've preferred at least two gigs because I'm a serious multitasker, but the one gig is more than sufficient for the average user. The camera captures pretty ok stills and videos, I'm a professional photographer so I don't want to be too biased...some people would be amazed at this camera's capabilities, I may tend to be like,"Ok, I guess that could work". Overall the camera gives good results for such a tiny thing. There's even an app to use the camera's led flash as a torch light without actually turning on the camera itself...proven to be very convenient.
The overall performance and capabilities of this phone is so convenient and efficient that you may tend to neglect your laptop/desktop. The retail price has dropped drastically since the S3 model flooded the market, so now is a good time to purchase one of these. This is now indeed an affordable super phone! Oh, do get an Otterbox case, screen protector and charging dock when you make your purchase. Hope this review was worth your while.

For a handset with such a broad range of standout features and specs, the Galaxy S II is remarkably easy to summarize. It's the best Android smartphone yet, but more importantly, it might well be the best smartphone, period. Of course, a 4.3-inch screen size won't suit everyone, no matter how stupendously thin the device that carries it may be, and I also can't say for sure that the Galaxy S II would justify a long-term iOS user foresaking his investment into one ecosystem and making the leap to another. Nonetheless, if you're asking me what smartphone to buy today, unconstrained by such externalities, the Galaxy S II would be the clear choice. Sometimes it's just as simple as that.
One the whole the Samsung Galaxy S2 is a superphone, to call it a mere smartphone would be an understatement. It has its niggles, but they are far outnumbered by the overwhelming positives in its favour. It is without a doubt the best Android smartphone on the market and depending on how you feel about Android, perhaps even the best smartphone today, certainly the most powerful.

I love this smartphone a lot. The phone is super fast and super responsive. Battery life is good and even if it says plug in the charger, you can still make some calls normally. The screen is super super bright and everything you see on the screen has a lot of details. The 4.3 inch screen is good. Especially good for me, because I have big hands. About the touch keypad, the words, numbers and symbols are big enough to avoid hitting on another when composing an email or message. Speaker volume or ringtone volume is pretty loud. That's good. It's loud but stereo. I love it and especially when you're watching videos on YouTube on the phone. On this phone they have included "Polaris Office". I love that software. You can open .pdf files and you can view and create word, excel, power point files.
One thing I'm very careful with is the back plate. It's very thin and you want to be careful when you are removing the back plate lets say for removing the battery, insert a SIM card or a memory card. The touch keys at the bottom left and right of the phone are very sensitive. They are very responsive. Internet on the phone using WiFi is super fast. The web pages load very fast. And that's what I love also a lot of this phone. For me (this is personal) every phone I have, has to be fast in response. I love speed in my electronic things.
The 8MP camera on the phone is WAW great. Very sharp I can say!!! I took a few pictures with it and I was very impressed with the results. Very crisp and sharp they are.
But overall this is a very good smartphone. Samsung is the best. If you want to buy this phone, go ahead and buy it. You won't regret it. I definitely recommend this phone to others.

This is just a dream phone. i bought this product for personal use. I like the android features about this product also the size of the phone and the 8 mega pixel camera is just awesome. The battery life is little not good but not a problem at all. As compared to others this mobile is much better and its the best model latest one.
