WWE - Wrestlemania Anthology: Vol. 3 (DVD, 2005, 5-Disc Set)

Movie synopsis

In the 1980s, professional wrestling made the leap from regional sporting event to mainstream cultural phenomenon thanks to the visionary leadership of World Wrestling Federation chairman, Vince McMahon. Though the McMahon family had been involved in wrestling promotion since the 1930s, it was Vince's 1979 launching of the WWF (later known as the WWE) and its signature Wrestlemania event that vaulted pro wrestling into a golden age marked by some of the greatest stars the sport has ever seen. This collection revisits the WWF/WWE's amazing legacy with Wrestlemanias 11-15 (1995-1999) in their entirety, featuring the talents of wrestling superstars such as Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, the Undertaker, Steve Austin, the Rock, Mankind, Big Show, and special guests Lawrence Taylor and Mike Tyson.

Wrestlemania vol 3

Great matches and memories from a time when wrestling was at it's peak. Recommended for all fans as standard viewing. You won't believe how bad wrestling is today if you don't see these gems. The only beef i have with all of the WWE Wrestlemania/Summerslam?Survivor Series/Royal Rumble packages is the editing of the music for some entrance themes and the occasional blurred WWF logo which can take away from the experience

Wrestlemania is awesome

Created: 26/11/08
I believe that volume 3 and 4 are the best ones of the whole Wrestlemania set. Volume 3 though contains one of my favorite ones (Wrestlemania 13) when the Undertaker won the title. This is a good have for any wrestling fan.

It reminded me of the (good old days)! It had multiple days of action packed material. Some of the best matches that I had just heard of but had not previously not seen.

Late Ninties Wrestlemanias

Enjoyable. New fans will enjoy seeing the rebirth of the WWF/WWE. I am partial to the early years and would rate 11-15 as my least favorites. 3-8 are my favorites from an old fan perspective. Fans of Stone Cold and the Rock will enjoy.

Last of the best WM pay per views. Great blast from the past, that Iron Man match....WOW! Dont really like the blurred WWF signs throughout the dvds, other than that..awesome. Recommend to any WWE fan!
