Everything from smattering food on pages, to taking it in the shower with you. I really do recommend buying this book. Keri Smith is a genius.

) Hi bought journal for grandaughter as she asked me to and when it arrived i thought what a load oof rubbish.I have changed my mind as grandaughter gets so much pleasure out of doing stuff on the different pages and i actually helped her last week and thoroughly enjoyed it.So different reminded me of days in the brownies.I say dont judge a book by its cover
