PREGI:
La qualità è sicuramente straordinaria. E' un ottica eccellente che copre una
ampia gamma di focali (3X) senza il minimo compromesso della resa qualitativa.
Alla massima apertura abbiamo sempre una resa altissima e una incredibile
uniformità tra centro e bordi.
La vignettatura è straordinariamente contenuta dovuta anche al particolare disegno della parte frontale del barilotto.
Ottima la distanza minima di messa a fuoco; una volta tanto sulla focale più lunga anziché i classici 5 cm dalla lente frontale oppure in posizione grandangolare o con scomodi pulsantini macro.
DIFETTI (ad essere molto pignoli):
Leggera distorsione avverbile solo a 29 mm (3%) ma è più che accettabile, le altre focali sono ben corrette.
Il diaframma variabile con il variare della focale.
Gli eccessivi riflessi a 28 mm (per essere uno Zeiss), causati dall'enorme lente frontale.
Sicuramente uno dei migliori zoom mai prodotti.

) I like the images taken by this lens but I hate the size and the weight.
The distortion is higher when compare with Zeiss prime lens. And it is easy to get flare when face direct to light source. However, if you use it well it can make the best pictures for you. Vivid color and high satuation. But with soft edge in 28mm
