AM/PM Pilates Mat Workout

I know how you must feel about most exercise programs, "there are so many to choose from", "will it work for me?", "exercise programs are all alike"... and many more thoughts all resulting in not getting started on any exercise program at all. AM/PM Pilates Mat Workout is the ONE!!! exercise program to get! I have neck, low back and hip pain, if I do NOT do Pilates; however, I do NOT suffer from pain in my neck, low back and hip, because I have made the AM/PM Pilates Mat Workout a part of my daily routine. Done first thing in the morning, you WILL feel invigorated, energized, centered and balanced; and you will find it so much easier to get through the rest of the day, and that what you do all day long will seem easier. After a busy, often stressful day, the PM workout will help you release pent up tensions, and bring you back into a state better fit for sleeping. Pilates workouts deserve all accolades given them by believers. The DVD includes a Bonus Workout, trainers biographies and interviews. The settings used for each workout are beautiful and calming. Please give this workout a try for at least a week and a half, to two weeks, and I'm sure you will feel the difference; as Pilates improves not just your body, but how good you will feel about yourself as a person. You maintain many things like houses and cars, etc., that unlike you, don't feel a thing if you do it or not; don't you think you're worth some maintenance as well? You are!!! I guarantee you will feel and look healthier. If you were to do one good thing for yourself, (and those you love), it would be to check out the AM/PM Pilates Mat Workout; Once you try it, I truly believe you too, will want to make Pilates a part of your daily routine. With any workout, like a tough task before you, it can be hard to get motivated, started, and stick with it; but if you get started, and stick with it for just a short time, you won't have any difficulty doing YOUR Pilates, you'll just want to. A.M./P.M. Pilates Mat Workout

This is a great workout for busy people! The other pilates workouts that I have purchased are over an hour and I usually don't have that much time to exercise before the baby needs attention. This workout is 25 minutes in the morning and 25 minutes in the evening. That I can schedule!

Perfect for beginners and intermediate users

A friend gave me this DVD about 4 years ago - it was my first introduction to Pilates. I loved it! I have been doing Pilates ever since.
The A.M. workouts are great for beginners or as a quick, easy workout for those who are in the intermediate level. The P.M. workout is a bit tougher and is great for toning and learning those more complicated Pilates moves. There's even a bonus "energizing" segment that works one's cardio pretty well!
I lost my original copy, so I bought another one recently. I've loaned it to a friend, and she loves it! It's that great. :)

AM/PM Pilates Workout

DVD was new. I like that it has 2 different short work-outs. The exercises are easy to follow.
You might say I'm a Pilates addict, because I can hardly go a day without doing one of these DVD's.
