Challenging and effective

The video is broken down into several sections including standing, seated, mat work, pilates, and yoga. Each segment can be done separately or the workout can be done in its entirety which will take a total of 45 mins. Having tried many ab targeted videos I find that this one is effective and works every part of your abdominal area. My abs were sore the next day, particularly my obliques. For any one interested in a diversified and challenging workout this is it. I would caution that Lisa, the instructor goes right into the workout (for the first rep) but because all of the moves are repeated it's easy to get and she will prompt you as to what's about to come before subsequent reps.

Very Good Wokout Video

The video goes at a very good pase you don't feel like your overdoing it. Everything is explained very well on the video. Would recomend it to all.
