In summary I feel this book is a must read for everyone. It is written in an easy to understand style and gives the reader a clear prediction of what they believe the future holds. I liked this book so much I bought a copy for a friend.

I thought the first half of the book was too long and a little self serving. They go into great depth on how they were correct in 2006 and so we should trust them now. I get it, move on.

I thought their overview of the current conditions was spot on but I still would have liked to have seen a little more analysis of each bubble. I wanted to see a little more support for each of the bubbles in particular the theory that real estate is still a bubble. Given a lot of real estate is selling below the cost to replace a bubble condition is a difficult sell.

I believe that most of the predictions are correct and think they are on the right track. I think they underestimate the social unrest and upheaval that will be brought on by the multi-bubble collapse.

I would have liked to have seen more recommendations for how to prepare now for the collapse.

I believe that Chapter 11 should have been included in the book. If you purchase the book you need to seek out this missing chapter, but do not read it until you have finish the book.

An easy read showing insight into what is happening in our economy, how to prepare and protect your family. As always prepare for the worst and expect the best.......

These guys lay it out and tell it like it is. forewarned is forearmed and you should be arming yourself with the knowledge they give you. Numbers don't lie. As a mental health professional and avid investor I understand why people hold onto hope for too long. don't be on that list. watch these numbers, crunch them yourselves and make a plan.
You can't dispute the trend. You can protect yourself from it.
Don't be in denial.

Good reading and good things to think about and prepare not to put all your money in one place. Common sense should tell you when the economy is in this shape you should always prepare for the worse and hope for the better and hang on. Things should get better but it may be awhile.

Book has an abundance amount of information. Have no read it, but even the tile gets you interested in it. I assume it has some what of an economic aspect to it. First book i have bought online, that's how good it is ^^
