Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties (PC, 2007)

In addition to the introduction of playable Asian civilizations to Age of Empires III, the expansion pack provides new content, new ways of winning and trading, random map styles that feature remixes of classic Age of Empires game styles, and the return of Wonders - a favorite gameplay element in Age of Empires II.

The game is awesome. The expansion includes some much needed balances to the civilizations in the first game, as well as add some cool new civilizations. Big Huge Games did a great job in place of Ensemble (now disbanded). I love the cherry bushes, which act as "portable" bushes, until you can get rice paddies, which are faster and you can get gold OR food from it. There is also a wood building you can construct for never ending wood :)

If you love age of empires 3 then you will not be disappointed with this expansion. In addition to 3 new civilizations, it adds some classic gameplay elements such as "King of the Hill" and improves on the already great gameplay.

For people looking to buy the last expansion pack of AOE3, ebay is the way to do it since retail stores no longer sell individual copies anymore. Now all you can get is the whole series on one disc. Asian Dynasties opens up the rest of the game for you to play, and if you have only AOE3 the original, you need to get the other two expansion packs to fully enjoy this game!

If you liked previous AOE's you will enjoy this expansion pack. Make sure you have more than the minimum requirements though. I have better than the minimum and the game is choppier than Lorena Bobbitt.
