Must See for Aviation Fans

This is a great movie for those of you who like war, flying or just adventure all together. Very funny throughout the film, wouldn't recommend it for children, although it's not all that bad. Definitely recommend! From a pilot's perspective, I get a kick out of some of the approaches that are performed, and the various situations the main characters find themselves in throughout each flight.

This film should not be taken too lightly as it was a bit underated at the time of its release. It is an honest depiction of events that took place in Laos with opposing armies moving forces using the Hochiman trail that connects north and south Vietnam. Laos is the city located near the mid-point of this trail, thus there was conflict even though Laos was a neutral zone.
The characters' roles are superbly played by both leading actors who were able to exhibit the mindset, stresses and pressures of cargo pilots during the war. A particular sense of humor exists of a live by the diceroll mentality.
A careful attention to details brings this film to life. It's definately a memorable picture.
