How could you not love this heart-warming tale?

Even if you can't relate to the hard-knocks of growing up in an orphanage, most of us can identify with the big, Cinderella-like dream of living in a mansion and living the 'good life'... the best part is that with all the money and privilege that Annie falls into, she holds the most important things dear to her: love and friendship.

Countless musical staples, including "Tomorrow" and "Its a Hard-Knock Life".

Carol Burnett steals the show as a drunk and abusive Ms. Hannigan. Growing up, this was my first exposure to her talents, and she remains one of my favorite comic actresses to this day.

Just like I remember seeing it on TV as a kid. Great show. Strong Story line. I usually do not like musicals, but there is just something too cute about this movie and the characters in it. Little Red Head Annie is just full of he character and singing spirit in this show. Life is not so kind to this little girl, but she makes the best of it.

Annie

This is the original Annie. It is the only one my daughter wanted she didnt like the newer version. Its about an orphaned girl in a home with other girls and the so called "mother" of the home is mean to them and keeps them locked up as she drinks her life away. Annie meets Daddy Warbucks and he becomes smitten with her and wants to adopt her but she wants her real parents.

I love the music it's so uplifting and positive for kids and i decided to buy it because i grew up watching Annie first at the movies then owned it and i'm 36 now but it's still one of my top 5 movies of all times. I really wanted my little angel to watch this and share an experience with me. Very special sharing moments we sing and dance and laugh.

Excellent family movie

I have watched Annie since I was a little girl, this movie although not like todays movies with action, killing etc.. brings you back to the basics of a little girl, her hope of a better tomorrow, and the basics of human nature, and the heart that we all should share with each other. This movie, will show you what really matters in life, and that is family.
