Movie synopsis
Anthony Bourdain's NO RESERVATIONS reaches its second season, which features another mouth-watering display of cuisine from around the world. Bourdain travels to India, Korea, Mexico, Ireland, and a whole host of other locations as he attempts to broaden his palate and present his findings to an expectant public. Besides tasting the food, Bourdain gets to partake in some local activities, so we find him playing hockey in Quebec, meeting a tribe in Namibia, and visiting a velvet-painting museum in the Pacific Northwest. It all adds up to a hugely entertaining series that is full of surprises and some interesting insight from the charismatic Bourdain.

) For anyone interested in travel or food, this show is the best you can find. Bourdain has created a show that defies all conventions of the travel genre and has done something amazing. Volume 2 features episodes with the likes of Chuck Palahniuk and Harvey Pekar as well as terrifying escape from Lebanon during the recent conflict. It is easily one of the best show on TV today. Period.

) this is not a typical Food-network show, this is about a real chef on the real world with the real food, I really recommend this DVD set.

) It's everything I want out of a DVD compilation of Anthony Bourdain's travel/foodie show. This DVD provides a fairly, HD-quality to the original episodes, with a self-explanatory, information leaflet situated inside the case--right next to the first couple of my favorite episodes. =-)

It was more involved than the first season... i think he was a little nervous for the first few trips in the first. He's A Fun person to watch. I definately agree... be a Traveler not a Tourist!
