Ape (DVD, 2001)

This is the standard video, which is the "left eye" lens of the 3D presentation. Keep it in mind when you see things nearly out of frame on the right side - those things are meant to nose into the right eye.

I bought it to add to my camp movie collection. The scene where the ape flips off a chopper...

i like it had 2 building damage scenes at beg. and near end and ape or ap had good sense of humor; disliked the brief ape closeups when there good have been more scenic view of action, could have had more building damage action scene of the village, ape/damage was rather fake/cheap lookin though few of it looked ok and the lingo was dumb and too long at times, needed more action. bought it cuz i never saw it and it was cheap enough i guess til i saw it for anyway apx 2$. really this show teeters to some of below av. im into visual action and then story.

If you like bad "B" movies, you'll love this version of King Kong. It has it all, cheesy special effects, bad acting, awful dialog and a Dude in a monkey suit. A solid top 15 in the really bad sci-fi genre.
