I enjoyed the information on the different customs and traditional uses from the different cultures. If also gave a great overview of its history through the countries that it now comes from. Which I found helpful for ideas in setting up my "Henna room" for business.
For the beginner it has the typical directions for mixing and the curing recipes with a few basic design elements.
