I bought the 6150 because I got it cheap and I needed a way of watching TV without taking up floor space in a narrow room. The 6150 is a solid standard definition projector. It throws a 75 inch screen from 10 feet away, which isn't bad. The built in speakers aren't bad either. If, like me, you buy one of these without a remote control, keep in mind that the factory wireless remote (Batmouse III) can be difficult to locate and expensive. The upside is that Harmony has a line of universal remote controls that will control the 6150. Of course they aren't cheap either. A replacement bulb will run you anywhere from $80.00 for a bare bulb that you will need skills to install to $190.00 for a bulb and housing. The bulbs are rated at 2000 hours and mine is right at that point without showing signs of deterioration. Overall, I like the projector for what it is - inexpensive. If you can get one for little money with good lamp life left and the remote, go for it.
