) I purchased the e262 expansion cordless phone three weeks ago. It is part of a system. The system is great. it's as simple as that !!! The phones work great and the expansion phone worked perfectly. Absolutely no problems. I just pluged it in and bingo! It worked flawlessly. I would purchase additional units as needed and recommend them HIGHLY. Thank you.

About the only thing I don't like is when you dial it makes no sound like other phones. So if you miss a # you sometimes don't know. But over all it's a good phone.

We use this in a retail store and already had the base. We only needed an extra one because our original was dropped one too many times! Great reception and call quality is perfect.

Battery life is a little short but like the phone just fine. I don't appreciate it that you cannot purchase new handsets anymore from AT&T though.
