    Movie synopsis

    A heady World War II thriller, ATTACK ON THE IRON COAST stars Lloyd Bridges as Major James Wilson, an infantryman set on bringing the Genman army to its knees. Set along the French coast, the maverick Wilson devises a hairbrained scheme for coping with the Nazi threat. Filling an old boat full of explosives, Wilson and his daredevil crew decide to sail it directly into the German fleet and blow up the ship, destroying their foes in the process. Knowing they will only have about five minutes to get off the boat if they are to escape with their lives intact adds to the pressure, leading to a gripping showdown as the enemy ships hove into view.

    Despite being haunted by past missions in which many of his men
    perished, Major James Wilson (Lloyd Bridges) sets out with his
    commandos to destroy a prized Nazi stronghold during the Normandy
    D-Day Invasion. Assigned to the same mission is a crew of British
    seamen and their captain (Andrew Keir) who holds a grudge against
    the maverick Wilson. Bad blood ensues and jepordizes the mission,
    but the opponents finally realize that either both live or die
    together--and they have to make the hard decision to work together
    to survive. Military and War action lovers will enjoy this movie,
    and it will fill a nights entertainment for you. Good movie with
    good acting.
