Auditing and Assurance

Its a good book for someone who is preparing for CPA. It covers a lot of stuff in detail and is a good guide into the world of auditing. I would say that you should only buy this book if you really want to indulge in the world of audit.

I like it because it is a new one (even with a plastic wrap when I got it)at a lower price. Besides a few chapters' orders swithed, the only problem I found is that a few session about e-commerce are missing compared to the hardcover edition. Generally, I am satisfied with this textbook.

I wasn't sure about buying an international edition at first; however, I am now happy that I did. It cost 75% less than the US edition, and everything is exactly the same (content, format, etc-just as promised). This seller was so fast in shipping it to me. I received it by DHL within 2 days. When I started the class I was relieved that the professor actually encouraged us to buy the international edition so we could save money. I wish I had been doing this since I started going to college. I could have saved so much money!

Not a bad book...

I bought this book for my Junior level auditing class but to be honest, I haven't been using it much. This is mostly because most of the material on the exams are on the class slides that she gives us. What I have read from the book seems like pretty relevant information though and does a good job of supporting the slides. I don't have the U.S. version to compare the text and end of chapter exercises to but I am pretty sure the text is at least accurate. We don't do the end of chapter exercises in this class so I don't know about whether or not they are accurate or not. All in all, I got this for a lot cheaper than the U.S. edition, so I'm not complaining.

I loved the fact that this book was priced so much less than the U.S. Edition of the book. I am a college student so of course I am looking to save some money anywhere possible! I was disappointed to find out that even the discussion questions are a little different from the ones in the U.S. Edition of the text. The questions are technically asking the same thing, but the scenarios you are comparing are not the same.
