Automatic Millionaire its so simple

Created: 16/06/06
The author really cares about the reader, On every page he will urge you on to Financial freedom.
A step by by step approach, this book will guide you through some very simple steps to allow you to live richer and retire richer. The book is perfect for the 2006-2007 climate. Only 245 pages of easy to read basic simple knowledge, that is very powerful. If i marked this book out of 10, I think it would go off the scale at 12. All you have to do is follow his one-step program to financial security, the rest is AUTOMATIC !
Its easy to see why this is the NEW YORK TIMES best seller.

Easy read and great information

David Bach has written a book that is the best of both worlds. It is packed with useful and easy to apply information. Plus it is quick read, you can finish in couple hours. I think most people want to know what they should be doing with their money to get the most out it, but don't know where to start. The automatic millionaire gives you a straight forward plan on how to be able to retire and not have to worry about money. The great thing about the plan is that it works for everyone, no matter how much money you make. I am giving this book as a gift to all my managers that work for me, so they all can get started down the path to financial freedom. I would recommend this book 100% to anyone that cares about their financial future.

The Automatic Millionaire by David Bach

Created: 09/04/07
Whether or not your desire is to become a millionaire or just make sure you are financially secure, this book is a "must read." David Bach gives practical steps on how to "automatically" save your money. He starts with having you calculate your "latte factor." That is the money you spend without even thinking about it or noticing it. Lots of charts and diagrams show how you can turn your "latte factor" into riches beyond your wildest dreams. He also shows the reader how to make savings "automatic," which results in tax savings and further riches. I have read two other of David Bach's "Finish Rich" books. This is the book to start with, and the younger the reader, the better. (I bought this book on eBay for a wedding shower gift.) You don't need a lot of money to implement the plans of this book; it shows you how to start where you are now. I repeat - A MUST READ!!

Listen to this financial advisor!

Created: 26/02/07
I've read all of David Bach's books and you can really tell he wants to help people out of their holes and into a free lifestyle. I've spoken with 3 other financial advisors who have all agreed that David Bach knows what he is talking about.

In this book, David talks about automating your finances. When you don't have to think about the bills or putting money into savings, you are more likely to follow through if your account is automated. Think about it, you get paid and automatically, your bills get paid and a certain amount is put into your savings account automatically. It's so easy and you don't have to worry about missed payments or forgetting to save. It makes sense and it is sound advice. David explains things so that anyone can understand it, I would recommend this book to everyone!

Basic Ideas to make you rich

Created: 11/07/07
Bach offers up some sound investment advice when it comes time to building your future financial wealth. Unlike so many other authors his story is not based on a quick rich scheme. Instead, He makes it a point to "pay yourself first" and that investing in real estate is one of the best investment vehicles to creating wealth. He is very bullish on becoming a homeowner. I would tend to agree myself with a lot of his basic premises. His book is geared more towards a basic understanding of accumulating wealth for a novice investor. I like the Millionaire next door much better as far as a strategy for creating wealth.
