) I have used the Bare Escentuals Weather Everything Liner Sealer for several years. It is the only thing that actually keeps my eyeliner on without running or wearing off for hours. I can even sleep in it if I wanted to. It has great lasting power and doesn't flake off as some sealers do. It isn't drying and I would highly recommend this product.

B.E. "Weather Everything Liner Sealer/Eye Liner" is a must have if you like waterproof liquid eyeliner! I mix the liner sealer with B.E. loose mineral liner colors & shadows to create unique colors normally not available in waterproof liners. Does not irritate or burn my allergy eyes! One drop mixed with your minerals is all it takes, & the product lasts forever! Easily rinses out of my brush but dries waterproof and stays on my eyelids until I take it off. Always a great value on E-bay!

IT REALLY WORKS & I've tried others before this one....haven't tried it as a medium to blend w/shadows for an eyeliner, but am thrilled w/how well my eye makeup stays.
