Battle Assault 3 Featuring Mobile Suit Gundam SEED (Sony PlayStation 2, 2004)

Gundam fans will definitely like this game, it features a lot of familiar Gundam mechs. The visuals are kind of average and the Fighting system is kind of clunky.
The battles are similar to traditional fighting games, but the full 3D movement and large stages give them a sort of arena-melee feel that differs from what's traditionally considered a fighter.The combat isn't too challenging and only gets hard when the game throws two enemies at you at once.
There are a good amount of extras, from unlockable mechs that series fans should be familiar with to other modes like versus, survival, etc.
Rent first, if you like it then by all means buy it.

This game is graphically unappealing. Gameplay is boring and redundant. Controls are sloppy and cumbersome. Special moves are not special at all. I'm a huge Gundam fan, but I stopped playing this after about 30 minutes. I simply couldn't tolerate such a poor representation of Gundam Seed. Playing this game felt like the developers and programmers made this with their eyes closed while half asleep. It seemed like they made very little effort to make this game even remotely enjoyable. It was perhaps the most wasteful and disappointing game purchase I have ever made. I bought this off of EBAY for $25 and put it up for auction after I played it once. I was only able to get $10 for it so at least one person here didn't overpay for it...not me. If you are a diehard Gundam Seed fan, you might find controlling the mobile suits fun initially. Once the novelty wears off though, you will realize this was a poorly made game.

What I lik about the game is,Its the best gundam game ever made to date.What I love about the game is they have some of the best mobile suit from different series all together in one place.Why I decided to buy the game is,Its not sold any where anymore,Its a rare game to find and if you find it buy it because you won't be disapointed at all with this great title from the ps2.

What i like about battle assault 3 is the improved graphics and the gameplay system of this game because you can do anything like big hit combinations, that's the reason i decided to buy this gundam fighting game because i like watching the anime series of this game it's what's got me into playing battle assault.

If your are Gundam Seed fan then you will enjoy this game. It isn't the most exciting or enthralling game ever, but being able to control your favorite mobile suit and fight with it is a blast! A fantastic game for Gundam fans.
