Beavis and Butt-Head - The Mike Judge Collection: Vol. 1 (DVD, 2005, 3-Disc Set)

I recently bought Beavis and Butt-Head Vol.1 for DVD. It rules. It has 40 classic episodes hand picked by the awesome creator Mike Judge. It also has ll music videos. I can't stop watching. Another great thing is it's only $29.95. Anybody who loves comedy and non-stop laughing should definently buy this amazing DVD.

I really enjoy box sets, for display purposes as well as having a whole set of something at my fingertips (with commentaries and exras no less). Haven't seen these cartoons for a while, the humor still stands up. The price was good and the DVDs were still store wrapped. Even with shipping, the purchase was still cheaper than it would have been in a store.
I know liscensing comes into play here, but I just wish more of the videos (with B&B's character commentary) had been included with the cartoon shorts (as they had been when they originally aired).
I also wish that each subsequent volume would eventually complete the series. From my understanding, and I could be wrong about this, is that only Mike Judge's personal favorite episodes would be included in this and subsequent volumes. It just goes against my nature as a completist.
Nevertheless, the cartoons are still very funny and it is a very nice set for the price.

I have watched beavis and butthead since I was a child. me and my sister and brother. they were always funny and made us laugh especially when they would sit on the couch and talk about the metal videos. so glad I found them on ebay to watch. cartoons have come a long way. not the same anymore.

i haven't bought this yet but i will buy a copy very soon mike judge said it in a interview that he couldn't get any of the music videos in the box set but he never said anything about the original set vol 1 - 3 with 3 disk set of 40 episodes because the music videos are in there i had a friend tell me that after buying the original set in grey cases that their there not all but enough of em i can't wait to get it i guess its harder to get permission from the older bands now a days then it was back in the 90's

i loved this dvd because it shows the begining of Beavis and Butthead like the first episodes and also shows other things about the show
